Boost was a very inserting book. When you start reading, it makes you not want to stop. The book had very descriptive words that painted good imagery in your mind. This book took some turns that I did not expect. It left me making guesses on what would happen next and wanting to quickly flip to the next page page to find out. I would say that this book is aimed toward a female perspective. Boost relates to a girls feelinsgs and thoughts growig up. Boys might not undertand or connect with the feelings the main character, Savvy has. I give this book a 5 star rating because i enjoy the constant plot twists and how it relates to real life. Kathy Mackel keeps the reader on their toes.
