This is my favorite Zane. The raw emotions this book portrays is amazing.Nervous is one of many fiction novels by Zane. I chose this book because my friends and I have been trying to read any of her books that we come across. After reading Addicted I had to read this one too, especially since I had been left out of the numerous conversations about it. I of course was the only one whom had yet to read it. Amazing story and such a twist at the end!! Omg I know it's an erotica story but it went so much deeper than that. Truly a wonderful story about schizophrenia. Stop and take a look into someone else's life...I did.
Zane is very well known for her sexy novels. But underneath them all are deep, moving stories with very well-rounded characters. If you are easily offended, then books by Zane are not for you. But, if you don't mind a good story with really good sex thrown in, then these are books for you. "Addicted" and "Nervous" (the sequel to "Addicted") were awesome. I highly recommend them both.Awesome narration by Nicole Small. I will seek out other audiobooks with her as narrator.
Erotica at an all time high.Love how she brought each character to life.
By the end of this book I was like ???From the start I was enjoying this. I read Zane a lot growing up (knowing damn well I shouldn't have been lol)The plot went from predictable to a cop out, because there was so much build up only for (view spoiler)[molestation to be the cause of her personalities and actions...Which could've been better handled.. It just felt rushed. The father was also molested. And now her father has another daughter.. who he's alone with frequently........ (hide spoiler)]
Audible recommended this to me.Nervous made me a bit nervous. One never knows what will be in a book that involves sexual intercourse. It's kind of like a game because you never know what you are looking for until you either get it or you don't. Now this book did deliver sex, like so freaking much. However, it was like all up in my grill. I wanted to look away so many times but I just couldn't!It was like a train wreck... that you just had to watch.The characters in this book were okay but I
