While it is helpful to have read the first book in the series, The Wishing Spell, the book does a good job of summarizing how 13-year-old twins Alex (a girl) and Connor (a boy) first discovered that their deceased father came from the fairy tale world and that their grandmother is in fact the Fairy Godmother. I thought this was one of the best books ever!!!!

Loved it just as much as the first time I read it 💕
