Representaion Toward Books I Am Alice (The Last Apprentice / Wardstone Chronicles #12)

I must be brave.
I must do what has to be done.
I am Alice.

Alice is the most powerful witch the county has ever seen. She may one day be the most evil. But Alice is also the best friend -and true love- of Tom Ward. Together they work to defeat the Fiend -the world's greatest evil- once and for all.

They have nearly everything they need, all except a blade hidden in the Dark, the Fiend's domain. So Alice ventures there to find it. She faces the most terrifying creatures in existence. And she once again battles old enemies who bear grudges: Bony Lizzie, Bloodeye, and more.

And there's something Tom didn't tell her. To vanquish the Fiend, Tom must sacrifice the person he loves most. Alice is hunting for the very blade that will eventually kill her.

Weigh Up Out Of Books I Am Alice (The Last Apprentice / Wardstone Chronicles #12)
Its a very good book. Very interesting and always is entertaining. Full of many mysterious. It is very enjoyable and I really enjoy readying it.

I really like alice, but this constant back and forth with her character is a bit annoying.Review to come.Audiobook CommentsWhen I first listened to this, I was furious. Where was Christopher Evan Welch?? After all, in the previous perspective-change (for I am Grimalkin), we kept Welch as the narrator. But now, all of a sudden, the reader is female (Angela Goethals). And she would say some of the words (i.e. the Kobolos tribe) differently. After eleven books of Christopher Evan Welch as the

Action packed, nicely done.I tried to rate it 5 star, but I can't. Its different on how I felt with Grimalkin. I love Alice, I like how her character grown in this. The action, on how was it in her point of view. The story, some is still unknown to me i.e. how the life in "dark" work out, how possible is that possible. Why other Gods (good Gods) is in the same place as the Dark God. Why some good God can be bad God, I mean its really confusing, but somehow I could formulate an answer to this

Just one thing worse than the dark, ain't there? And that's what's inside it - the things that call it home.

Essentially Alice going through hell to get the third and final blade necessary to vanquish the Fiend. Moves at a fast clip and never flags (although that sacrifices any real character development). This book is all Alice, Tom is only mentioned in passing. There's a welcome surprise at the end. One more to go in this series!

When Joseph Delaney began branching off, and writing some books in the Last Apprentice series focusing of characters other than Tom, I was a bit skeptical. As it happens though, I might like them best. 'Alice' is told, obviously, by Alice, Tom's best friend. The story jumps back and forth in time. We learn about her past and how she grew up with Bony Lizzie and then, in the present, how she is trying to complete the task she was given and retrieve the last dagger Tom needs for the ritual to

Okay so basically, the character had a goal to accomplish in this book and in the last chapter, someone tells her it's useless. I don't see the point of reading an entire book about that... for nothing. I feel like I wasted my time. I like Alice, but this book was so slow. Huge flashbacks took almost a half of the book so I'm so mad. This book was just a filler. I'll read the last book in the series because I wanna know how it ends, but if you're reading it, you can pass on this one. I'm just
