Runnels is one of the first authors Ive read in a while to make me really sit back and admire what I read. Cross-gene books are something we hear of a lot, or the claim at least, but seldom does an author really manage to pull it off in a way that you feel satisfied by what youve read for each of the genres mentioned. Theres so much going on in Twisted Love. Im a big fan of the 50s era Hardboiled Pulp referenced in the book blurb, and Im happy to say this lived up to the billing. Add in the Love
