Read like a management 101 book for the majority of the book. Nothing new or exciting. Some chapters dragged on long after the point was made. Also, the structure of the book seemed very poorly put together, although that may have just been an ebook issue. There is some useful information regarding conflict and change management but presented as pseudoscientific methods makes you wonder about its actual application. For instance, what type of behavioral category an employee might fall into

This is a very quick book to read which touches upon many aspects of leadership and management in a very concise format.

To be fair, I haven't read a lot of books on the topic of leadership/management. But the advice here did not surprise me or taught me a lot new things. It also suffers from usage of managementy terms where plain words would be sufficient.The best thing this book has

Never came across to such a detailed book on leadership. Hats off to the author for writing such an informative and detailed book on leadership. This book not only tells how a leader should be like but it also consists of some amazing worksheets through which a person can assess that which leadership style he/she possesses. Highly RECOMMENDED!
