This was still how I preferred to think of him, not as the man the city knew as the Cold Killer, Carter Reed. Changing this to 4.5 :) after rereading it I realize how much I love both Carter and Emma. Now I'm on to Cole!! I hope this is the same Cole HAHAHaha that would be so stupid on me if it wasn't. Hes my favorite Tijan man. Once again, I listened to the audio book of Carter and loved the narration and the flow of the story. Its fast paced, intriguing, and I didnt want to stop listening.
